Every element has been carefully considered to create a home that meets the needs of this young family.

The key intervention of this renovation is to remove the wall between the kitchen and living room to make the space feel bigger and brighter. Then by proposing rotatable slats a flexibility is maintained, allowing for the use as a single space or to be separated as needed.
A wall of built-in storage is proposed around the original wall between the living area and hall, maximising storage. To comply with building regulations, a door will be installed in the hall to form a vestibule. This door will be clad with a mirror to both enhance the light while concealing its presence.
